中国地理标志农产品结构特征及影响因素分析

利用2008-2022年地理标志农产品统计数据和全国各省市相关经济指标统计数据,对我国地理标志农产品发展的数量类型结构、时空结构以及各省市区地理标志农产品的建设水平进行分析,并探讨地理标志农产品保有量与社会经济影响因素之间的相关关系.结果表明:1)2008至2022年,我国地理标农产品年增量呈波浪型增长,各省市区地标农产品保有量及各种类型之间有较大差异.2)地理标志农产品在类型和空间分布上集中度较高,部分省区地标农产品类型相对均衡.3)地标农产品保有量中/低值区域呈现出由集中到分散的分布趋势,且分布范围不断缩小;高值/次高值区域则由分散分布向集中分布发展,分布范围不断扩大.4)政府财政投入、农林牧渔总产值和农业市场化水平与地标农产品保有量之间存在显著正相关关系,但农民人均可支配收入和政府财政收入与地标农产品保有量相关性不显著.最后,结合研究结果和实地调研,讨论我国地标农产品注册保护中基层主管部门积极性受限的症结,分析不同研究尺度下经济影响因素表现不一致的原因,并尝试提出关于地标农产品未来研究重点聚焦的领域.
Structural characteristics of geographical indication agricultural products in China
Based on the statistical data of the geographical indication agricultural products and the economic indicators of each province from 2008 to 2021,the temporal and spatial characteristics of the development of geographical indication agricultural products in China,and the construction level of geographical indication agricultural products in each provincial district were analyzed,and the correlation between the holdings of geographical indication agricultural products and socio-economic factors was further discussed.The results show that:1)The annual increment of geographical indication agricultural products appeared a wavy-sort,and the inter-provincial differences of the agricultural products varied significantly among the farming,animal husbandry and aquaculture.2)Geographical indication agricultural products relatively highly concentrated in respects of type and distribution,and its types in some provinces were relatively balanced.3)The distribution of areas where the holding values of geographical indication agricultural products was at medium to low levels appeared a trend from concentration to dispersion,and the distribution ranges shrank continuously,while the distribution of areas where the holding values of geographical indication agricultural products were at high to second high levels exhibited a trend from dispersion to concentration,and the distribution ranges expanded continuously.4)The holdings of geographical indication agricultural products positively correlated with the government's financial input,the gross output of the primary industry and the agricultural marketization level,while it was irrelevant with the per capita disposable income of peasants and government's revenue scale.Finally,according to the research results and field investigation,this paper discussed the crux in the situations that the enthusiasm of grassroots supervisory departments is restricted in the registration and protection of geographical indication agricultural products,and analysed the reasons for that the performance of the factors influencing economy varies at different research scales.Moreover,we put forward suggestions about the aspects of future research on geographical indication agricultural products.
