Heavy metals pollution sources in urban green space soils:An APCS-MLR model-based analysis
To explore the pollution characteristics and pollution sources of heavy metals in the urban green space soils of Nanchang City, the cumulative pollution index and potential ecological risk index were used to evaluate the heavy metals pollution in the study soils, and the absolute principal component/multiple linear regression(APCS-MLR)model was used to quantitatively analyze the pollution sources and the contribution rates of pollution sources. The results showed that the mean contents of Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd and Cr were 1.32,1.92,2.26,2.03 and 1.04 times higher than the background value of the Jiangxi Province. The geo-accumulation index of Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd and Cr were-0.43,0.33,0.07 0.22,and-0.63,respectively.Zn、Pb、Cd were at the levels of unpolluted to moderate pollution. The high value areas of Pb and Zn were located in the central area and the northwest area, and the high value areas of Cd were located in the northwest area.Cu and Cr were at the unpolluted level, and the spatial distribution of Cu and Cr were relatively uniform. The comprehensive potential ecological risk index was 82.96,which was belonged to low ecological risk level, but the ecological risk index of Cd was 60.88,which was belonged to medium ecological risk level.According to the analysis of pollution sources, the contribution rates of traffic sources to Cu,Zn and Pb was 52.29%,64.41%and 38.01%,respectively;the contribution rates of industrial and agricultural sources to Cd and Zn was 52.78%and 86.33%,respectively;the contribution rates of natural sources to Cr and Cu was 83.72%and 45.87%.The heavy metal content in urban green space soil of Nanchang was greatly affected by traffic, industrial and agricultural activities. It should focus on strengthening traffic control, optimizing industrial layout, and reducing the ecological risk level of Zn,Pb,and Cd.
