Measurement of the coupling and coordinated development situation of sports and tourism industries in Inner Mongolia and analysis of its influencing factors
The trend of coupling and coordinated development of industry and tourism industry is becoming more and more obvious in China. In this context, promoting the integrated development of sports and tourism and creating high-quality industrial integration projects in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region have profound significance for promoting the high-quality development of the national sports and tourism industries.Based on the theory of industrial integration and coupling coordination theory,we construct the index system for evaluation of the coupling coordination between the two industries in Inner Mongolia, conduct an in-depth analysis on the comprehensive development level of the industry during 2011 and 2020 by using the entropy method, measure the degree of coupling coordination and the degree of synchronous development between the two industries, determine the type of coupling in the past few years, and then discuss the factors affecting the integration of the two industries by applying the grey correlation degree model. The study found that:1)The two industries developed well during 2011-2017,and the development level steadily increased, while the growth rate of the tourism industry was significantly lower than that of the sports industry, and the comprehensive development level of the industry in 2020 decreased significantly.2)The coupling and coordination degree of the two industries continued to rise since 2011 and reached a better degree after 2014,and then declined significantly in 2020.3)The indicator factors affecting the development of the integration of the two industries in descending order are:demand factors, economic factors, labor factors, and policy factors. The above research can provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the high-quality development of the sports and tourism industries, and at the same time promote the improvement and development of the theoretical system of sports tourism.
