Comparative study on the revitalization and utilization models of rural idle homestead based on the"three circle theory":A case of housing reform in Gansu province
How to form a path for the active utilization of idle rural homesteads in different types of villages, and effectively connect it with the development goal of urban-rural integration,is an urgent theoretical and practical issue to be explored.Based on the"three-circle theory"model, the paper constructs a framework for analyzing the revitalization and utilization of residential land.Taking the three models of demolition and construction model, the agriculture-cultural tourism integration model, and the centralized contraction and resettlement model in three pilot areas of L village in Longxi County,Kangxian Village, and J Town in Liangzhou District of Gansu Province as cases, this study compares and analyzes the different models from three dimensions of value, ability and support. The results indicate that the three revitalization models are all in the"Nike zone",which conforms to the decision-making logic of the"three-circle theory",but there are significant differences in the characteristics of different dimensions. Therefore, different regions should formulate revitalization policies, improve funding supply, and innovate the circulation mechanism of rural idle homesteads based on the differences in value, ability, and support,so as to further enhance the revitalization degree of rural idle homesteads, and provide reference for the less developed regions to formulate differentiated homestead revitalization strategies.
