Measurement and evolutionary characteristics of coordinated development between highway network and tourism industry in Inner Mongolia
Taking Inner Mongolia as the research object, the coupling coordination degree model is used to calculate the coupling coordination between the highway network and tourism industry in Inner Mongolia from 2009 to 2022.The evolution of spatio-temporal pattern of the coupling coordination degree and influencing factors are explored through spatial analysis and geographic detectors. The results show that:1)In terms of time series, the coupling coordination degree between highway network and tourism industry in Inner Mongolia fluctuated from 2009 to 2022,and the coupling and coordination development of the two systems went through a period of rapid improvement, stable development, and standardized integration during the past 14 years.2)In terms of space, the spatial pattern of the coupling coordination degree between the two systems was continuously optimized, with the moderately coupled coordination area shifting from clustered distribution to concentrated and contiguous distribution and continuously extending to the central and western regions, and the eastern and central regions being advantage in coupling coordination.3)Through geographic detector analysis,it was found that the foundation of economic development and technological innovation ability are the main factors driving the coordinated development of the two systems.Over time, the factors that affect the coupling and coordinated development of the two systems have shifted from a minority effect to multiple joint effects.
