Impact of entrepreneurial resilience on agricultural green entrepreneurial behavior of people who return to hometown from big cities
Green entrepreneurship in agriculture is one of the important ways to deal with the global problem of rural economic development and ecological protection.Targeting the group of entrepreneurs who return to hometown from big cities, the"main force"of agricultural green entrepreneurship, this paper takes 424 green entrepreneurs in 10 districts(cities and counties)of Sichuan Province as a samples, and uses the OLS model and QR model to explore the impact of entrepreneurial resilience on the agricultural green entrepreneurial behavior of people who return to hometown from big cities from the perspective of resource bricolage. The results show that entrepreneurial resilience significantly affects the agricultural green entrepreneurial behavior of the entrepreneurs who return to hometown from big cities, and with the improvement of the level of agricultural green entrepreneurship,it shows an inverted U-shape that first rises and then decreases.Resource bricolage plays an important role in the mediating effect between entrepreneurial resilience and the agricultural green entrepreneurial behavior. Therefore, entrepreneurs should have the ability to recognize agricultural green entrepreneurship activities, pay attention to the improvement of entrepreneurial resilience, and support the construction of an inclusive rural entrepreneurial atmosphere to improve the level of agricultural green entrepreneurship.
