数字化视角下县城城镇化发展范式研究

党的二十大提出"推进以县城为重要载体的城镇化",标志着我国新型城镇化建设进入高质量发展新阶段.文中立足于数字化建设背景的"三农三变"的发展范式,从组态视角构建驱动县城城镇化建设的理论模型,对我国83 个县(市、区)案例进行定性比较分析.基于空间结构调整、产业转型升级、治理结构变革的因素条件,揭示县城城镇化建设的组态路径及路径差异.研究结果证实了县城城镇化建设路径的多元性,以及因素条件组合的复杂性,获得了空间、产业、治理层面的多条驱动路径.研究有助于深化学界对数字化背景下多层次因素条件与县城城镇化之间存在的非对称因果关系的认识,为驱动县城高质量发展的具体实践提供理论依据.
Development paradigm of urbanization in county towns:A perspective from Digitalization
"Promoting the urbanization with county towns as an important carrier"is put forward clearly in The 20th Congress of the Communist Party of China,it marks that China's new urbanization construction has entered a new stage of high-quality development.Based on the development paradigm of"Three changes in agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the background of digitalization in new urbanization construction,from a configuration perspective,a theoretical model to drive urbanization in county towns is constructed,and a qualitative comparative analysis on 83 counties(cities,districts)in China is conducted.Based on the conditions of spatial structure adjustment,industrial transformation and upgrading,and governance structure reform,the configuration path and path difference of county urbanization construction are revealed.The results confirm the diversity of the county urbanization construction path and the complexity of the combination of conditions,and obtain multiple driving paths at the level of space,industry and governance.The research is helpful to deepen the academic understanding of the asymmetric causal relationship between multi-level factors and county urbanization under the background of digitalization,it provides theoretical basis for the concrete practice of driving high quality development of county.
