Compensation and relief paths for damage to state-owned natural resource assets:A case study of Inner Mongolia
Constructing paths for compensation and relief of damage to state-owned natural resources assets is the inherent requirement of the proxy mechanism,and is also an important guarantee for safeguarding the rights and interests of all natural resources assets.By combing the existing relief methods for damages to natural resources assets,we adopt the case study method to analyze the subjects,objects,rights relations and compensation methods involved in typical cases of damages in Inner Mongolia,and analyze the existing problems and practical needs.Finally,it puts forward a relief path combining administrative and judicial remedies for damages to state-owned natural resource assets with"administrative measures come first,supplemented by judicial measures".
