摘要

国际中文教育实现职业化的转型升级迫切需要对"中文+职业技能"复合型人才培养模式加以创新,以培养出一批"懂中文、精技术、通文化"的新型中文人才.本文首先梳理了"中文+职业技能"人才培养的动因,主要包括历史发展内因和供需关系外因;其次界定了"中文+职业技能"人才的内涵特征,构建了能力框架,进而明确了人才培养的目标;最后就"中文+职业技能"人才培养路径提供了具体建议,主要包括培养方案、课程体系、教学资源、教学模式和评价机制等五个方面,旨在精准培养符合社会和经济发展需求的"中文+职业技能"人才,以期为国际中文教育与职业教育实现融合发展、迎来转型升级提供人才支撑.

Abstract

The professional transformation and upgrading of International Chinese Education urgently demand innovation in the training model of"Chinese+vocational skills"interdisciplinary talents to cultivate a new type of Chinese talent who are proficient in Chinese,skilled in technology,and knowledgeable in culture.This paper first analyzes the motivations for the training of"Chinese+vocational skills"talents,which mainly include the internal factors of historical development and the external factors of supply and demand relationship.Secondly,it defines the connotation and characteristics of"Chinese+vocational skills"talents,constructs a capability framework,and then clarifies the objectives of talent cultivation.Finally,the paper provides specific suggestions for the training pathways of"Chinese+vocational skills"talents,covering five aspects:training programs,curriculum systems,teaching resources,teaching methods,and evaluation mechanisms.The aim is to accurately cultivate talents that meet the needs of society and economic development,in order to provide talent support for the integrated development and professional transformation of international Chinese education and vocational education.
