数字经济"走出去"与企业国际竞争力

数字经济的快速发展为双循环新发展格局下中国提升企业国际竞争力带来了新机遇.文章运用数字型对外直接投资及制造业企业出口等相关数据,分析了数字经济"走出去"与企业国际竞争力的关系.实证结果表明,数字经济"走出去"能够通过技术获取效应、市场获取效应、资源获取效应以及国内市场一体化效应显著提升企业国际竞争力.异质性分析表明,外资企业、技术密集型企业、东部地区企业参与数字经济"走出去"活动可以有效提升企业国际竞争力;东道国为高数字技术国家时,数字经济"走出去"对企业国际竞争力的提升作用也更为明显.因此,中国应为数字经济"走出去"提供良好的政策环境、扩大数字型对外直接投资规模及发挥技术密集型企业示范作用,从而畅通国内国际双循环,提升企业国际竞争力.
"Going Global"of Digital Economy and International Competitiveness of the Enterprises
The rapid development of digital economy brings new opportunities for China to enhance international competitiveness of the enterprises in the context of the new"dual circulation"development pattern.This paper uses the data on digital outward foreign direct investment(OFDI)and exports of manufacturing enterprises to analyze the relationship between"going global"of digital economy and international competitiveness of the enterprises.The empirical results show that"going global"of digital economy can significantly improve international competitiveness of the enterprises through technology acquisition effect,market acquisition effect,resource acquisition effect and domestic market integration effect.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the participation of foreign-invested enterprises,technology-intensive enterprises and the enterprises in the eastern region in"going global"of digital economy can effectively promote international competitiveness of the enterprises;when the host country is a country with high digital technology,the promotion effect of"going global"of digital economy on international competitiveness of the enterprises is also more significant.Therefore,China should provide a favorable policy environment for"going global"of digital economy,expand the scale of digital OFDI and leverage the exemplary role of technology-intensive enterprises,so as to smooth"dual circulation"and enhance international competitiveness of the enterprises.
