Theoretical Mechanism and Countermeasures of New Barter Trade to Promote Dual Circulation
As a new trade pattern,new barter trade is an effective supplement to traditional trade and an important way to promote dual circulation.Based on trade theory and industry theory,this paper constructs the theoretical mechanism of new barter trade to promote economic"dual circulation"and selects typical cases for verification on the basis of extensive research.The research shows that:new barter trade can significantly promote the"internal cycle"and"external cycle"of China's economy and optimize resource allocation efficiency,but it is still constrained by technological,platform,institutional,talent and international bottlenecks.Therefore,it is necessary to construct the strategy of"one body,two wings,three-dimensional linkage and four breakthroughs"and give impetus to the high-quality development of China's new barter trade through platform credit mechanism,institutional innovation,qualification certification and talent training,and international barter channel construction.
