Quality Improvement and Capacity Expansion of China's Free Trade Area Network:Power,Path and Cross-border Governance
On the basis of elucidating the background and theoretical logic of quality improvement and capacity expansion of free trade area network,this paper analyzes the driving mechanism,practical path and governance system of quality improvement and capacity expansion of free trade area network,and demonstrates that institutional opening-up is the driving force for quality improvement and capacity expansion of China's free trade area network.Constructing a globalized free trade area network based on Asia and a unified high-standard system of rules within the region are two paths for quality improvement and capacity expansion of China's free trade area network.In cross-border governance of free trade area network,it is necessary to gradually establish institutional arrangements that integrate into global free trade area network,construct diversified collaborative governance mechanism,innovate the supply of institutional public goods and establish operational mechanism that takes both efficiency and security into account.
