The Impact of Domestic Market Integration on the Participation of the Enterprises in Global Value Chain:On the Interactive Relationship of Smoothing Dual Circulation
Smoothing dual circulation is the key to accelerating the construction of a new development pattern,which is of great significance for the enterprises to open up at a high level and deeply participate in global production division.This paper focuses on smoothing domestic circulation and explores the impact of domestic market integration on the participation of the enterprises in global value chain(GVC)and its internal mechanism.Based on this,the paper expands the analysis of the interactive impact of domestic market integration and trade facilitation on the participation of the enterprises in GVC from the perspective of smoothing dual circulation.The research shows that domestic market integration significantly improves the participation of the enterprises in GVC through cost saving effect and trade matching effect,and exerts the most significant promotion effect on the participation of the enterprises in GVC in the east region.In addition,domestic market integration and trade facilitation play a complementary role in enhancing the participation of the enterprises in GVC,and this complementary role is mainly reflected in enhancing the upstream participation in GVC.
