Analysis of the Differences in International Regimes for the Arctic Economic Governance
The 14th Five-Year Plan clearly proposes to participate in practical cooperation in the Arctic and build the"Silk Road on Ice".To promote the integration of the Arctic economic development into the global economic and trade circulation is an important goal of the Arctic economic governance.In the context of the coexistence of complexity in the Arctic economic governance and differences in the interests and demands of the members,the existing international regimes in the Arctic region play a positive role in coordinating the interests of the countries inside and outside the Arctic,promoting trans-Arctic economic and trade cooperation and maintaining the stability of the Arctic economic order.To achieve the good governance of the Arctic economy,it is necessary to clarify the differences in the existing international regimes for the Arctic economic governance in the practice of the Arctic economic governance.This paper explores the interactive logic between international regimes and the effectiveness of the Arctic economic governance from the perspective of the differences in international regimes,so as to serve the substantive advancement of the"Silk Road on Ice"in the Arctic region.The economic governance practices of the Arctic,which is a hub connecting the three major global economic centers of Western Europe,East Asia and North America,will also extend the geographical boundaries of economic globalization.
