从美元国际化的发展历程来看,大宗商品贸易与货币国际化之间相互支撑、互相促进.在当前全球绿色转型背景下,新能源关键矿产货币的选择问题值得关注.与石油美元形成过程不同,新能源关键矿产供给更趋多元化,各国很难依靠单一且分散的矿产积累大量外汇收入,而要充分利用宝贵资源推动经济协调发展.中国在新能源产业链中发挥着重要作用,如何推动新能源关键矿产人民币跨境使用,助力人民币国际化,成为重要的研究课题.本文通过梳理全球新能源关键矿产发展格局、大宗商品贸易中货币选择的影响因素以及新能源关键矿产货币环流特点,分析新能源关键矿产人民币国际化发展机遇,设计新能源关键矿产人民币环流机制,并提出相关政策建议.
Research on Global Key Minerals in New Energy and the Internationalization of the RMB—Comparative Analysis of the Circulation from Petrodollars to Mineral RMB
In the development process of the internationalization of the US dollar,commodity trade and currency interna-tionalization has been supporting and promoting each other.In the current context of global green transformation,the selection of key mineral currencies for new energy deserves attention.Unlike the formation process of the petrodollar,the supply of key minerals in new energy is becoming more diversified,making it difficult for countries to rely on a single and dispersed mineral to accumulate a large amount of foreign exchange income.Instead,they need to fully utilize valuable resources to promote coor-dinated economic development.China plays an important role in the new energy industry chain,promoting the cross-border use of RMB for key new energy minerals,and helping to internationalize the RMB has become an important research topic.This ar-ticle analyzes the development pattern of key new energy minerals globally,the influencing factors of currency selection in com-modity trade,and the characteristics of currency circulation in key new energy minerals.It analyzes the opportunities for the in-ternationalization of the renminbi in key new energy minerals,designs a renminbi circulation mechanism for key new energy minerals,and proposes relevant policy recommendations.
