Reimaging Medical Education in the Age of Healthy China
This paper briefly reviews the construction of new medical education in recent years,analyzes the common problems in the reform process,and points out that the construction of new medical education should strengthen policy research and top-level design,give priority to serving the primary healthcare needs of the people,support the differentiated development of universities in various regions,pay attention to cultivating medical talents in the whole healthcare professions,and promote interdisciplinary integration through the collaboration of multiple resources.The suggestions of establishing a theoretical research system,a new medical interdisciplinary talents training system,and a quality assurance system for new medical education were also discussed.
