Theoretical Framework,Policy Advancements,and Practical Reflections on Personalized Education in Chinese Universities
It is imperative for the high-quality development of colleges and universities to establish the concept of personalized education in order to facilitate the holistic growth of college students.The research on personalized education theory in Chinese higher education has undergone a comprehensive evolution,progressing from factors that promote personalized education,to diversified and distinctive educational offerings,and finally to a systematic construction process encompassing college,family,and societal education as a whole.The evolution of the personalized system can be categorized into three stages:advocacy,guidance,and regulation.All colleges and universities have implemented localized practices through talent training mechanisms and models.At present,there are still problems such as lack of quality concept,bias of values and lagging practice concept in personalized education.Education authorities and universities should actively seek solutions from the aspects of education wisdom,personalized education supply and quality evaluation system.
