Knowledge Transformation and Reconstruction of Knowledge Transfer Evaluation on University Organized Research
The key to promoting the development of organized scientific research in universities lies in the reform of knowledge transfer evaluation. In the context of emphasizing efficiency evaluation and linear innovation, the evaluation of organized scientific research knowledge transfer in universities has gradually become a pursuit of economic performance and function, facing the practical dilemma of single evaluation methods, efficient evaluation methods, and economic evaluation indicators.Behind this is the knowledge internal generation view based on linear knowledge view, the knowledge one-way linear transfer view, and the knowledge instrumental value view.As the view of knowledge generation shifts from endogenous to interactive, the view of knowledge transfer shifts from unidirectional linear to interactive process, and the value of knowledge shifts from instrumental value to intrinsic value, previous evaluation methods have difficulty crossing existing barriers. To reconstruct the evaluation of organized scientific research knowledge transfer in universities,it is necessary to construct a classification evaluation model based on knowledge attributes, explore linear and interactive knowledge transfer evaluation methods, and develop evaluation indicators that promote social contribution and value.
