Social Impact Evaluation:A New Direction of Organized Research Evaluation in Universities
Compared to academic influence evaluation,the essence of social influence evaluation is centered on the innovative quality and social contribution of scientific research achievements,which is of great significance for promoting the orientation,intersection,and collaboration of organized scientific research in universities.The construction of a scientific research evaluation system based on social influence should adhere to the evaluation concept of social logic,emphasize the cross-border integration of evaluation content,promote collaborative innovation among multiple subjects,and comprehensively integrate evaluation methods.The evaluation of social influence brings multiple innovations to the evaluation elements of organized scientific research evaluation in universities,including the leading degree of the concept,social contribution,subject participation,and method integration.In this regard,the evaluation of the social influence of organized scientific research in universities should adhere to the systematic scientific thinking and move towards a complex scientific evaluation paradigm;based on the orientation of quality innovation,improve the scientific research evaluation system and mechanism;introducing evidence-based scientific research evaluation and innovating data and information collection methods
