Logical Structure and Mechanism Innovation of the Advantage Transformation of Educational Leadership System with Chinese Characteristics
The educational leadership system with Chinese characteristics is an important component of the leadership system of the Communist Party of China,which contains huge political advantages,organizational advantages and functional advantages.Whether these advantages can be effectively transformed into educational governance effectiveness is related to the high-quality development of education,the satisfactory education of the people and the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality.To better transform the advantages of educational leadership system into the effectiveness of educational governance,it is necessary to grasp the three key elements of system,governance and effectiveness and their interaction.Educational leadership system is the basis and guarantee of the transformation of advantages,governance action and governance ability are the intermediary elements of the transformation of institutional advantages,and educational governance efficiency is the result of the transformation of institutional advantages.The better transformation of the advantages of educational leadership system needs to create four mechanisms:value leading,capacity building,coordinated operation,supervision and restraint,so as to shift good system to good governance.
