What,Why,and How:Multiple Institutional Logic Analysis of University Transdisciplinary Knowledge Production
Institutional logic is the operating logic of a system in multiple institutional arenas.The logic of administration in the society,the logic of value in the organization and the logic of intention in the individual constitute the system of institutional logic and its flexible analytical framework for the production of transdisciplinary knowledge in universities.Reviewing from the perspective of multiple institutional logics,we can summarize the problems of university transdisciplinary knowledge production as imperfect administrative logic,unclear value logic and weak intentional logic,and accordingly propose that the deepening path of university transdisciplinary knowledge production lies in the following:strengthening the supply of administrative logic,revitalizing the overall potential of university transdisciplinary knowledge production;deepening the reform of value logic,empowering u university transdisciplinary knowledge production to improve its quality and increase its efficiency;stimulating the vitality of intentional logic,and promoting university transdisciplinary knowledge production;and promoting the development of university transdisciplinary knowledge production.The logic of intention is energized to promote the stable and orderly production of university transdisciplinary knowledge production.
