数字技术赋能高校学生管理的理论审思及实践进路——基于五重螺旋模型视角

当前,以数字技术驱动的教育转型升级已然成为世界议题.就高校学生管理而言,数字技术在创造学生管理新模式、催生学生管理新流程、优化学生管理新效能等方面发挥着重要作用,但数字发展不均衡导致的数字鸿沟、巨量信息涌入造成的信息过载、信息算法过滤引发的"信息茧房"等问题也使高校学生管理面临新的挑战.为更好地将数字技术发展潜能转换为学生管理的发展动能,需要充分发挥政府的政策引领作用,加强政策倾斜,弥合数字鸿沟;发挥高校教育创新作用,促进知识传播,孵化数字人才;发挥行企技术主导作用,强化行业监管,避免算法黑箱;发挥社会理念引导作用,突破传统惯性,责定社会契约;发挥数字生态聚合作用,坚守伦理底线,保障数字实践.
Theoretical Review and Practical Approach to Empowering Student Management in Higher Education Institutions with Digital Technology—Based on the Perspective of the Quintuple Helix Innovation Model
Currently,the transformation and upgrading of education driven by digital technology has become a global issue.In terms of student management in universities,digital technology plays an important role in creating new models of student management,promoting new processes of student management,and optimizing new efficiency in student management.However,the digital divide caused by uneven development,information overload caused by massive influx of information,and the"information cocoon"caused by information algorithm filtering also pose new challenges to student management in universities.To better transform the potential of digital technology development into the driving force of student management,it is necessary to fully leverage the government's policy guidance role,strengthen policy tilt,and bridge the digital divide;give full play to the innovative role of higher education,promote knowledge dissemination,and incubate digital talents;give full play to the leading role of industry technology,strengthen industry supervision,and avoid algorithmic black boxes;give full play to the guiding role of social concepts,break through traditional inertia,and establish social contracts;play the role of digital ecosystem aggregation,adhere to ethical bottom lines,and ensure digital practice.
