论教育的自成目的性——基于加快扭转教育功利化倾向的思考

如何加快扭转教育功利化倾向以全面落实立德树人根本任务,呼唤着教育自成目的性的理论研究.教育的自成目的性生发于教育对人之存在本性的切实关怀,以教育工具价值之于教育内在价值的随附性为核心内涵,以实现教育价值的最大化为实践旨趣,对彰显沟通交往的教育性、守卫教育公共精神及增强教育内在活力具有重要意义.长时以来,教育在迎合社会需求中对人的忽视、在转型过程中对公共精神的遗忘以及技术理性对教育内在活力的桎梏共同遮蔽了教育的自成目的性,导致教育功利化倾向愈发严重,需要复归教育的自成目的性以扭转之.为此,在推进教育高质量发展的过程中要积极关注人的潜能的发展,推动教育回归育人原点;进一步密切教育与生活的关系,丰富人与人之间的沟通交往;着力凸显教育的探究性,充分彰显教育的内在活力.
Autotelicity of Education:Thoughts on Accelerating the Reversal of Utilitarianism in Education
How to accelerate the reversal of the utilitarian tendency of education so as to fully implement the fundamental task of promoting morality and educating people calls for the theoretical research of autotelicity of education.The autotelicity nature of education arises from the practical care of education for human nature,with the core connotation of the attachment of educational tool value to the intrinsic value of education,and the practical purpose of maximizing educational value.It is of great significance to demonstrate the educational nature of communication and interaction,safeguard the spirit of educational communism,and enhance the intrinsic vitality of education.For a long time,the neglect of human beings in meeting social needs,the forgetting of public spirit in the process of transformation,and the shackles of technological rationality on the intrinsic vitality of education have collectively obscured the autotelicity of education,leading to an increasingly serious tendency towards utilitarianism in education.It is necessary to return to the autotelicity of education to reverse this trend.Therefore,in the process of promoting high-quality development of education,we should actively pay attention to the development of human potential and promote education to return to the starting point of education;further strengthen the relationship between education and life,enrich communication and interaction between people;emphasize the exploratory nature of education and fully demonstrate the inherent vitality of education.
