作为未来教育的劳动教育:人工智能时代的劳动教育研究

人工智能技术赋予劳动"自主性",出现了智能劳动、数字劳动、情感劳动等新劳动形态,进而让社会协作和总体工人现象从物质生产劳动领域深入到精神劳动领域,出现了精神劳动"无人化""自动化""智能化"的新现象.人工智能带来的劳动变革对人工智能时代是否还需要劳动教育,以及劳动教育内容是否需要更新都提出了新的要求和挑战.在抓住这一技术变革机遇的历史条件之下,劳动教育具有真正彰显未来教育的可能,不仅逐渐凸显劳动促进人的自由全面发展的作用,还能够进一步紧密结合生产劳动,蕴含智能劳动、数字劳动、情感劳动教育,成为改造社会的重要力量.中国式现代化下的劳动教育要抓住人工智能发展带来的机遇,发展劳动逻辑,平衡资本逻辑,不断推进人的自由全面发展.
Labor Education as Future Education:A Study of Labor Education in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence technology endows labor with"autonomy",giving rise to new forms of labor such as intelligent labor,digital labor,and emotional labor.This has led to the deepening of social cooperation and overall worker phenomena from material production labor to spiritual labor,resulting in new phenomena of"unmanned","automated",and"intelligent"spiritual labor.The labor revolution brought about by artificial intelligence poses new requirements and challenges to whether labor education is still needed in the era of artificial intelligence,and whether the content of labor education needs to be updated.Under the historical conditions of seizing this technological transformation opportunity,labor education has the potential to truly showcase future education.It not only gradually highlights the role of labor in promoting human freedom and comprehensive development,but also closely integrates with production labor,containing intelligent labor,digital labor,and emotional labor education,becoming an important force in transforming society.The labor education under Chinese path to modernization should seize the opportunities brought by the development of artificial intelligence,develop labor logic,balance capital logic,and constantly promote the free and comprehensive development of human beings.
