适应新质生产力发展的高校学科专业设置优化

与传统生产力相比,新质生产力更加突出创新的主导作用,更加强调高校创新型人才的培养与供给.通过梳理分析,高校学科专业设置优化与新质生产力发展之间遵循着"产业-人才-高等教育-学科专业设置"的关联逻辑.高校学科专业设置已处于高校促进新质生产力发展的首要位置.进一步研究发现,我国高校在适应新质生产力发展的学科专业设置优化方面面临理工科基础学科专业整体薄弱、应用型学科专业整体谋划不足、学科专业设置系统的开放性不够等主要挑战,需要从政府的统筹与主导、高校的自主能力提升以及就业市场的信息反馈机制等方面全方位优化高校学科专业设置.
Optimization of Disciplinary and Major Settings in Universities to Adapt to the Development of New Quality Productive Forces
Compared with traditional productivity,new quality productive forces highlights the leading role of innovation and emphasizes the cultivation and supply of innovative talents in universities.Through sorting and analysis,the optimization of disciplinary and major settings in universities follows the logic of"industry talent higher education disciplinary and major settings"in relation to the development of new quality productive forces.The establishment of disciplines and majors in universities has been at the forefront of promoting the development of new quality productive forces.Further research has found that Chinese universities face major adjustment challenges in adapting to the development of new quality productive forces,such as overall weakness in basic science and engineering disciplines,insufficient planning for applied disciplines,and insufficient openness in the discipline and major setting system.It is necessary to comprehensively optimize the discipline and major setting of universities from the aspects of government coordination and leadership,enhancing the autonomy of universities,and feedback mechanisms for employment market information.
