劳动教育作为与社会生产关联最直接、最紧密的一育,具有赋能新质生产力的天然优势和底层支撑作用.因此,要强化劳动教育的政治宣示功能,筑牢新质生产力共享发展的价值导向;强化劳动教育的接班人培育功能,站稳发展新质生产力的人民立场;强化劳动教育的社会生产动员功能,优化新质生产力的人力资源流动;强化劳动教育的意识形态建构功能,汇聚发展新质生产力的强大精神动能.实践中,可通过聚焦新质生产关系,优化劳动教育必修课建设;强化劳动价值引领,推动劳动教育与专业教育的有机结合;把握新质生产力要素质变特征,搭建虚实结合的劳动实践平台;立足新质生产力的文化底蕴,构筑学校劳动文化浸润体系四条路径,切实发挥劳动教育赋能新质生产力的作用.
The Value Positioning and Path Innovation of Labor Education Enabling New Quality Productive Forces
Labor education,as the most direct and closely related education to social production,has the natural advantage of empowering new quality productivity and the underlying supporting role.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the political declaration function of labor education and establish a value orientation for the shared development of new quality productive forces;strengthening the successor cultivation function of labor education and firmly adhering to the people's position of developing new quality productive forces;Strengthening the social production mobilization function of labor education and optimizing the flow of human resources for new quality productive forces;strengthening the ideological construction function of labor education and gathering strong spiritual momentum for the development of new quality productive forces.In practice,the construction of compulsory courses in labor education can be optimized by focusing on new quality production relations;strengthen the guidance of labor value and promote the organic integration of labor education and professional education;grasp the characteristics of the qualitative changes in the elements of new quality productive forces and build a labor practice platform that combines reality and virtuality;based on the cultural heritage of new quality productivity,we will construct four paths for the infiltration of school labor culture,and effectively leverage the role of labor education in empowering new quality productive forces.
