论"教育促进共同富裕"的教育逻辑

当前关于教育促进共同富裕的理论探讨多依循其经济逻辑,教育的价值关注聚焦人的资本属性和教育的经济功能:教育通过培养高素质劳动者,进而以创造性劳动不断创造"增量"并对快速发展中的"掉队者"实施补偿,以促进共同富裕.过去,教育依循经济逻辑对促进教育公平和经济社会发展发挥了重要作用.教育发展有其自身规律,在全面推进教育强国建设的新发展阶段,片面依循经济逻辑无法从根本上保障物质和精神两个方面的共同富裕,也无助于教育的实质公平.故此,未来关于教育促进共同富裕的探讨应强化教育逻辑的主导性.从教育逻辑出发,精神共同富裕是教育促进共同富裕的着力点,教育立足守护人的主体性来促进共同富裕,通过培养全面自由发展的人促进精神共同富裕,以实质公平促进本质意义上的共同富裕.依循教育促进共同富裕的教育逻辑,要坚持知识教育的生命立场,重视学生个体成人的精神之维;坚持教育改革的系统观念,促进教育各方面整体协同发展;坚持教育事业的公益属性,确保教育各层次健康有序发展;营建"美美与共"的教育发展生态,提升全民教育获得感,以回归育人本质的高质量教育推动共同富裕的高水平实现.
On the Educational Logic of"Promoting Common Prosperity through Education"
The current theoretical discussion on education promoting common prosperity mostly follows its economic logic.The value of education focuses on the capital attributes of human beings and the economic functions of education:education cultivates high-quality workers,continuously creates"increments"through creative labor,and compensates for the"lagging behind"in rapid development to promote common prosperity.In the past,education played an important role in promoting educational equity and economic and social development by following the economic logic.However,the development of education has its own laws.In the new stage of comprehensively promoting the construction of a strong education country,blindly following the economic logic cannot fundamentally guarantee the common prosperity of material and spiritual aspects,nor does it contribute to the substantive fairness of education.Therefore,future discussions on education promoting common prosperity should strengthen the dominance of educational logic.Starting from the educational logic,spiritual common prosperity is the focus of education to promote common prosperity.Education is based on safeguarding the subjectivity of individuals to promote common prosperity,and promotes spiritual common prosperity by cultivating well-rounded and free developing individuals.Education promotes essential common prosperity through substantive fairness.Following the educational logic of promoting common prosperity through education,we must adhere to the life stance of knowledge education and attach importance to the spiritual dimension of individual students as adults;adhere to the systematic concept of educational reform and promote the overall coordinated development of all aspects of education;adhere to the public welfare nature of education and ensure the healthy and orderly development of education at all levels;building a"beautiful and shared"education development ecosystem to enhance the sense of achievement in education for all.Promoting the high-level realization of common prosperity through high-quality education that returns to the essence of educating people.
