Enlightenment of American Experience on the Governance of Digital Divide in Education in China——Interpretation Based on the National Education Technology Plan 2024 in the United States
In the context of the digital transformation of education,the governance of the digital divide has become an important issue in global education reform and development.Systematically review the background and evolution of the 2024 National Education Technology Plan in the United States,and use content analysis to deeply explain its main content.Extract specific measures to address the digital access,design,and usage gap in the plan from the perspectives of educational digital resource access,digital education teaching design,and the use of digital education technology.And propose to build a comprehensive and compatible smart campus from the perspectives of educational content,teachers,and students,bridging the digital access gap;continuously promoting the digital professional development of teachers and bridging the digital design gap;implementing standardized assessment and personalized monitoring of students'abilities,and bridging the digital divide governance strategy to bridge the digital usage gap.
