研究型大学如何完善立德树人机制——基于德育共同体的视角

完善立德树人机制是新时代全面深化教育综合改革的题中之义.当前,研究型大学立德树人面临"思政引领"效果与"担当大任"期待存在落差、"德育动力"现状与"育人育才"要求不相匹配、"协同育人"理念与"各自为政"思维存在矛盾等方面的困境.德育共同体视角的引入,有利于研究型大学从整体性出发去完善立德树人机制,进而实现理念同向、关系同构、行动同频.在立德树人实践中,要以价值共同体为依托,完善思政引领机制;以关系共同体为基础,完善德育动力机制;以实践共同体为支撑,完善协同育人机制.
How Research Universities Improve the Mechanism of Moral Education and Talent Cultivation—From the Perspective of Moral Education Community
Improving the mechanism of cultivating moral character and nurturing talents is an essential part of the comprehensive education reform in the new era.At present,research-oriented universities are facing difficulties in terms of the gap between the effectiveness of"ideological and political guidance"and the expectation of"taking on great responsibilities",the mismatch between the appearance of"moral education motivation"and the requirements of"cultivating talents",and the contradiction between the concept of"collaborative education"and the thinking of"acting independently".The introduction of the perspective of moral education community is beneficial for research-oriented universities to improve the mechanism of moral education and talent cultivation from a holistic perspective,thereby achieving the same direction of ideas,isomorphic relationships,and same frequency of actions.In the practice of cultivating virtue and nurturing people,we should rely on the value community and improve the ideological and political guidance mechanism;based on a community of relationships,improve the mechanism of moral education motivation;supported by a community of practice,improve the collaborative education mechanism.
