学科建设的根本目的是人才培养,构建纪检监察学科人才培养体系必须回答好"育人三问".在"为谁培养人"上,纪检监察学人才培养主要面向纪检监察事业发展、学科发展及企业廉洁合规建设,致力于打造高素质纪检监察干部队伍、专业化纪检监察教学科研队伍、职业化企业廉洁合规师队伍.在"培养什么人"上,纪检监察学人才培养应将政治性与规范性、综合性与独立性、理论性与实践性、本土性与国际性四对目标要素相统一.在"怎么培养人"上,可以从完善纪检监察学教材开发及课程设计、建立多元开放的人才培养模式、探索可持续的人才培养长效机制等三个方面重点突破.
The Talent Training System for Discipline Inspection and Supervision:Values,Elements,and Pathways
The fundamental purpose of disciplinary construction is talent cultivation,and the construction of a disciplinary inspection and supervision discipline talent cultivation system must answer the"three questions of education"well.In terms of"cultivating people for whom",the training of disciplinary inspection and supervision talents mainly focuses on the development of disciplinary inspection and supervision,discipline development,and enterprise compliance construction.It is committed to building a high-quality disciplinary inspection and supervision cadre team,a professional disciplinary inspection and supervision teaching and research team,and a professional enterprise integrity and compliance teacher team.In terms of"what kind of person to cultivate",the talent cultivation of discipline inspection and supervision should unify four pairs of target elements:political and normative,comprehensive and independent,theoretical and practical,local and international.In terms of"how to cultivate people",key breakthroughs can be achieved from three aspects:improving the development and curriculum design of disciplinary inspection and supervision textbooks,establishing a diversified and open talent cultivation model,and exploring sustainable long-term mechanisms for talent cultivation.
