On the Integrated Construction Model of the"Two Types of Courses"in Discipline Inspection and Supervision Studies
The characteristic of integrating theoretical and practical aspects of disciplinary inspection and supervision determines that disciplinary inspection and supervision courses should include academic education courses and cadre education and training courses. The knowledge systems presented in the two types of courses cover three basic categories:disciplinary inspection and supervision theory, system, and practice. The system structure and content setting of the courses are guided by the"three circle demand model",which comprehensively reflects the requirements of the Party and the state, job(occupation)needs, and student(trainee)needs based on specific teaching objects and objectives.Compared with this, there is still a significant gap between the current discipline inspection and supervision education curriculum and the construction of a standardized and scientific curriculum system that reflects the characteristics of the discipline;the role of disciplinary inspection and supervision cadres'education and training courses in absorbing the achievements of discipline construction and feeding back the construction of academic education courses has not yet been highlighted. Therefore,it is necessary to follow the knowledge system and curriculum construction logic of the discipline of discipline inspection and supervision, promote the integration of the two systems with systematic thinking, and promote the high-quality development of discipline construction of discipline inspection and supervision and cadre education and training work.
