Research on the fingerprint quality of compound Jinju oral liquid
Objective To provide some scientific references for controlling the quality and evaluation of compound Jinju oral liquid establishing the fingerprint of compound Jinju oral liquid by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods The Discovery C18 chromatography column(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used;the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1％phosphate solution gradient ution;the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;the column temperature was 30 ℃;the detection wavelength was 245 nm.The study was from January 2022 to December 2023.Results A fingerprint of compound Jinju oral solution was established.A total of 21 common peaks were calibrated,and 6 of the common peaks were identified.Conclusion HPLC is simple and stable,and can provide some scientific references for controlling the quality and evaluation of compound Jinju oral liquid.
