Virtual element method for a class of two-dimensional elliptic interface problems
For a class of elliptic interface problems,a new virtual element method is used to solve these problems.Based on the char-acteristic that virtual element method is suitable for arbitrary polygon mesh,this method is applied to six different polygon meshes to solve a class of elliptic interface problems,and the calculation formula of virtual element method is given.Numerical results show that the virtual element method is effective for elliptic interface problems.
