为了解决红外领域对高性能吸波器的需求问题,设计了一种基于超材料的宽带红外吸波器.此吸波器在"金属-介质-金属"三层结构基础上,通过设计印刷在介质基板上层的金属图案,实现了红外(10.0~12.7 THz)频段范围的宽带吸收,吸收率在90%以上的相对带宽达到了 23%.分析了吸波器不同尺寸参数对吸收率的影响,并通过S参数反演法得到了吸波器的等效介电常数和等效磁导率,同时采用等效媒质理论、干涉相消理论分析了吸波器的吸波机理.此外,设计的吸波器还具备极化不敏感、高吸收率、剖面低的优点,并在一定入射角范围内保持稳定的工作带宽.
Metamaterial-based broadband infrared absorber
In order to solve the problem of high performance absorber in infrared field,a broadband infrared absorber based on meta-material is proposed in this paper.Based on the three-layer structure of"metal-media-metal",the magnetic absorber realizes the broadband absorption in the infrared(10.0-12.7 THz)band range by designing the metal pattern printed on the upper layer of the di-electric substrate,and the relative bandwidth with the absorption rate of more than 90%reaches 23%.In this paper,the effects of dif-ferent size parameters of the absorber on the absorptivity are analyzed,and the equivalent permittivity and the equivalent permeabili-ty of the absorber are obtained by S parameter inversion method.Meanwhile,the absorbing mechanism of the absorber is analyzed by using the equivalent medium theory and interference elimination theory.In addition,the designed absorber has the advantages of insensitive polarization,high absorptivity,low profile,and stable operating bandwidth within a certain range of incident angle.
