退火温度对Fe84.3Si2B8.5P3.5C1Cu0.7合金软磁及耐腐蚀性能的影响

针对合金软磁及耐腐蚀性能问题,研究了 Fe84.3Si2B8.5P3.5C1Cu0.7合金经不同退火温度处理后的软磁及耐腐蚀性能.采用非自耗真空熔炼炉制备Fe84.3Si2B8.5P3.5C1Cu0.7母合金,用高速单辊旋淬法将母合金制备成合金薄带,使用X射线衍射仪、差热扫描量热仪、扫描电子显微镜、振动样品磁强计以及电化学工作站对退火前后合金薄带的物相结构、软磁性能和耐腐蚀性进行表征测试.测试结果表明:在480 ℃等温退火3 min后,合金的软磁性能达到最优,饱和磁感应强度Bs≈ 1.82 T,矫顽力Hc≈ 5.2 A·m-1;腐蚀后的合金薄带表面仅有微量的针状腐蚀产物,且无明显的腐蚀坑,表面光滑平整,具有良好的耐腐蚀性能.Fe84.3Si2B8.5P3.5C1Cu0.7合金薄带在退火温度为480 ℃、保温3 min条件下具有良好的综合性能.
Effect of annealing temperature on soft magnetic properties and corrosion resistance of Fe84.3Si2B8.5P3.5C1Cu0.7 alloy
The soft magnetic properties and corrosion resistance of Fe84.3Si2B8.5P3.5C1Cu0.7 alloy treated at different annealing tempera-tures were studied.The Fe84.3Si2B8.5P3.5C1Cu0.7 alloy ribbon was prepared by the single-roller melt-spinning in a non-consumable vac-uum melting furnace.The phase and microstructure,soft magnetic properties and corrosion resistance of alloy ribbon before and af-ter annealing were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetry,scanning electron microscope,vibrat-ing sample magnetometer and electrochemical workstation.The results show that the saturation flux density Bs is about 1.82 T,and coercivity Hc is about 5.2 A·m-1,respectively,for the alloy annealed at 480 ℃ for 3 min;There are only a few acicular corrosion products existed in the corrosion surface of the alloy,no obvious corrosion pits existe on the surface of the alloy with smooth sur-face,indicating good corrosion resistance.The above experimental results show that Fe84.3Si2B8.5P3.5C1Cu0.7 alloy has good soft mag-netic properties and corrosion resistance at 480 ℃ for 3 min.
