基于造纸废液提纯的高性能冷再生乳化剂制备及其性能研究

冷再生乳化剂是影响冷再生乳化沥青混合料性能优劣的关键因子之一,但冷再生乳化沥青核心原材料木质素均从国外进口,成本较高.为了研究国产木质素替代进口木质素的可行性,采用气相色谱(GC)和凝胶色谱(GPC)联用的方法,研究 3 家不同造纸厂的木质素活性位点数对乳化性能、冷再生混合料性能的影响.结果表明:1)木质素活性位点数越多,马歇尔强度越高,乳化性能越好,抗水损害性能越强;2)青山纸业的木质素活性位点数最多,平均可达 9.48 个,其乳化性能及混合料性能相对较优,且其混合料性能明显优于美德维什维克的W-5;3)湘江纸业的木质素活性位点数较少,平均仅为 4.42 个,其乳化性能和混合料性能相对较差,且混合料性能无法满足规范要求.因此青山纸业木质素可用于替代进口木质素制备冷再生乳化剂.
Preparation and Performance Research of High Performance Cold Regeneration Emulsifier Based on Paper Mill Waste Liquid Purification
Cold-recycling emulsifier is one of the key factors affecting the performance of cold-recycling emulsified asphalt mixture.However,the core raw material of cold-recycling emulsified asphalt is imported from abroad and the price is relatively expensive.In order to study the feasibility of replacing imported lignin with domestic lignin,gas chromatography(GC)and gel chromatography(GPC)are used to study the effects of lignin active sites in different paper mills on the emulsification properties and the properties of cold-recycling mixture.The results showed that:1)The more lignin active sites,the higher the Marshall strength,the better the emulsification property and the stronger of water damage resistance;2)Qingshan Paper has the largest lignin active sites,with an average of 9.48,and its emulsification and mixing properties are relatively excellent,and its mixing properties are significantly better than those of W-5;3)The average number of lignin active sites in Xiangjiang Paper is only 4.42,and the emulsification and mixing properties are relatively poor,and the mixing properties could not meet the specification requirements.Therefore,Qingshan Paper lignin can be used to prepare cold regeneration emulsifier instead of imported lignin.
