盘扣式满堂支架施工安全指标及权重等级研究

为避免盘扣式满堂支架施工全过程中安全事故发生及人员伤亡,明确盘扣式钢管支架(简称"盘扣支架")在施工过程中涉及的安全指标及其权重等级.调研了 66 起满堂支架施工安全事故与 12 部相关标准,开展了考虑专家置信指数影响的盘扣支架安全指标重要性程度的调研分析.研究表明:共筛选出77 项盘扣支架施工安全指标,基于层次分析法构建了盘扣支架施工安全指标层次结构,经过权重等级划分共提取Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级安全指标分别有 34 项、20项及 23 项,可为盘扣式满堂支架施工安全管理工作提供理论依据,在一定程度上预防其在施工过程中发生安全事故.
Study on Construction Safety Index and Weight Grade of Disc-buckled Full Support
In order to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents and casualties in the whole process of the construction of the disc-buckled full support,the safety indexes and their weight grades involved in the construction process of the disc-buckled steel pipe support(Abbreviated as disc-buckled bracket are clarified.66 construction safety accidents of full support and 12 relevant standards were investigated,and the importance of safety indexes of disc-buckled support considering the influence of expert confidence index was investigated and analyzed.The research shows that a total of 77 construction safety indexes of disc-buckle support were screened out,and the hierarchical structure of construction safety indexes of disc-buckle support was constructed based on the analytic hierarchy process.After the weight classification,a total of 34,20 and 23 grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ safety indexes were extracted,which can provide a theoretical basis for the construction safety management of disc-buckle full support and prevent safety accidents in the construction process to a certain extent.
