Feasibility Study on the Use of Solidified Muck in Shield Tunnels for Highway Subgrade Filling
In order to study the feasibility of shield residue as a road subgrade material along the river area, the mechanical properties of soil mixture formed by shield soil under the action of curing agent were analyzed by typical soil tests and microscopic characterization tests in the laboratory. The results show that the shield soil in this area contains few pollution elements and low bentonite mineral content.Through CBR and unconfined compressive strength(UCS)test analysis, the cured soil meets the requirements of the specification index, and the UCS increases linearly with the increase of stabilizer,it can be used as highway subgrade filling material.
