盾构隧道固化渣土用于公路路基填筑的可行性研究

为研究沿江地区盾构渣土作为公路路基材料填筑的可行性,通过室内典型土工试验以及微观表征试验分析盾构土在固化剂作用下形成土体混合物的力学性能.结果表明,该地区盾构土中所含污染元素种类少,膨润土矿物含量少;通过CBR及无侧限抗压强度(UCS)试验分析,固化后的土体满足规范指标要求,且UCS随稳定剂的增加呈线性增长,可作为公路路基填筑材料.
Feasibility Study on the Use of Solidified Muck in Shield Tunnels for Highway Subgrade Filling
In order to study the feasibility of shield residue as a road subgrade material along the river area,the mechanical properties of soil mixture formed by shield soil under the action of curing agent were analyzed by typical soil tests and microscopic characterization tests in the laboratory.The results show that the shield soil in this area contains few pollution elements and low bentonite mineral content.Through CBR and unconfined compressive strength(UCS)test analysis,the cured soil meets the requirements of the specification index,and the UCS increases linearly with the increase of stabilizer,it can be used as highway subgrade filling material.
