Study on Curtain Grouting Effect and Grouting Ring Parameters for Water-rich Tunnels under High Ground Stress Fault Fracture Zone
Perimeter pre-grouting reinforcement is an effective method to change the physical and mechanical properties and permeability properties of fractured rock mass.In this paper,Jixinling tunnel is taken as an example, the influence of pre-grouting reinforcement before and after the full-section pre-grouting reinforcement, different thicknesses of grouting circle and permeability coefficients of grouting circle on the peripheral rock seepage field, displacement field, plastic zone and the support stress are analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that:1)the full-section pre-grouting reinforcement can effectively reduce the hydrostatic pressure of the initial support, reduce the scope of peripheral rock plastic damage and peripheral displacement, and make the tunnel water influx concentrated in the foot of the tunnel;2)After the thickness of the grouting ring exceeds 8m,the influence of increasing the thickness of the grouting ring on the peripheral displacement of the surrounding rock is relatively small;3)Reducing the permeability coefficient of the grouting ring can effectively reduce the water influx in the tunnel, but it will increase the deformation of the surrounding rock.
