管幕法连拱隧道下穿高速公路路基段沉降变形规律分析

依托某下穿高速公路匝道路基段隧道工程,简要介绍了管幕法连拱隧道设计施工方案,建立数值模型对管幕法连拱隧道下穿高速公路路基段沉降变形进行动态模拟,得到了路基段沉降变形规律曲线,并与现场监控量测数据对比,分析了下穿高速公路路基段沉降变形规律.结果表明:1)各监测点连成的路基沉降变形规律曲线为"U"型曲线,沉降大值分布在隧道与匝道相交区域内;2)路基沉降变形值随着隧道开挖进尺的增大而增大,位于隧道与匝道相交区域内的匝道沉降变形速率最大,距离隧道越远,匝道沉降变形速率越小;3)隧道与匝道夹角越小,路基沉降相应的影响范围越大;4)根据数值模拟计算结果和实测匝道沉降实测值分析得知,管幕法连拱隧道下穿匝道路基引起沉降数值不超过 10 mm,沉降得到有效控制,对高速公路影响较小.
Analysis of Settlement and Deformation Law of Subgrade Section for Multi-arch Tunnel with the Pipe Roof Method Underpassing Expressway
Relying on the tunnel project of a certain underpass highway ramp foundation section,this paper briefly introduces the design and construction scheme of multi arch tunnel of the pipe roof method.A numerical model is established to simulate the settlement and deformation law of subgrade section of expressway through multi arch tunnel of the pipe roof method and the settlement deformation curve of subgrade section is obtained.The settlement and deformation rule of the subgrade section of the underpass expressway is analyzed by comparing with the field monitoring and measurement data.The results show that:1)The deformation law curve of roadbed settlement formed by connecting various monitoring points is a"U"shaped curve and the large settlement values are distributed within the intersection area of tunnels and ramps.2)The settlement deformation value of the roadbed gradually increases with tunnel excavation and the settlement deformation rate of the ramp located in the intersection area of the tunnel and ramp is the highest,and the further away from the tunnel,the smaller the settlement deformation rate of the ramp.3)The smaller the angle between the tunnel and the ramp,the larger the corresponding impact range of roadbed settlement.4)According to simulation calculations and numerical analysis of measured ramp settlement,it is obtained that settlement value caused by multi-arch tunnel through the ramp roadbed by pipe roof method does not exceed 10 mm.The impact on highways is relatively small,and settlement is effectively controlled.
