山区公路装配式钢棚洞的开发与应用研究

为有效提升山区公路高位崩塌地质灾害防护技术,采用 1∶1 原型试验和数值仿真试验方法,对研发的新一代装配式钢棚洞装备的设计理念、施工方法、冲击动力响应等进行研究.结果表明:装配式钢棚洞施工速度快,安装风险小,防护能级可达 2 000 kJ,并将其成功应用于S467 线地灾防治工程,具有大范围推广的价值.
Research on the Development and Application of Prefabricated Steel Shed Tunnels on Mountainous Highways
In order to effectively improve the geological disaster prevention technology for high-altitude collapse on mountainous roads,a research method of 1∶1 prototype testing and numerical simulation testing is adopted to study the design concept,construction methods,and impact dynamic response of the proposed new generation of prefabricated steel shed tunnel equipment.The results show that the construction speed of prefabricated steel shed tunnels is fast,the installation risk is low,and the protection level can reach 2 000 kJ.The research results have been successfully applied in the S467 line disaster prevention and control project,and have significant engineering application significance for large-scale promotion.
