为解决棉桠特长公路隧道采用全纵向射流通风无法满足运营通风需求的难题,根据已有工程设计实践经验,基于对该隧道的线形指标、地形地貌、地质条件、施工条件、施工工期、工程造价等方面的综合分析,并结合通风计算,拟定了该隧道采用结合地下风机房的分段纵向式通风方式.在重点兼顾施工工期和工程造价前提下,通过对仅设置竖井、分设斜竖井、竖井结合施工横洞的两区段通风和斜井结合平导的三区段通风 4 种分段通风方案比选,提出了棉桠隧道采用分设送风斜井和排风竖井,结合地下风机房分两区段全纵向通风、三区段排烟的总体通风方案.该方案可供在穿越山体浑圆、洞身无法设置斜井和工期受控条件下的公路特长隧道借鉴.
Research on Ventilation Schemes of Mianya Super-long Highway Tunnel
To solve the challenge that the use of full longitudinal jet ventilation in Mianya super-long highway tunnel cannot meet the operational ventilation needs,according to previous engineering design and practical experience,based on a comprehensive analysis of linear index of Mianya tunnel,topographic features,geological conditions,construction conditions,construction period,project cost,and ventilation calculation,segmented longitudinal ventilation methods with underground ventilator rooms are draw up.On the premise of balancing construction period and project cost,four segmented ventilation schemes were compared and selected,including only setting vertical shafts,setting inclined vertical shafts separately,combining vertical shafts with construction transverse tunnels for two sections of ventilation,and combining inclined shafts with horizontal guides for three sections of ventilation.The overall ventilation scheme for Mianya tunnel was proposed,which includes setting up inclined supply shafts and exhaust vertical shafts separately,and combining with underground fan rooms for two sections of full longitudinal ventilation and three sections of smoke exhaust.This scheme can be used as a reference for highway super-long tunnels under the conditions of rounding mountains which are unable to set inclined shaft in the middle of tunnels with controlled construction period.
