大凉山1号隧道补风横通道位置优化及补风策略研究

乐西高速大凉山 1 号隧道设置了一条贯通平导,运营期平导用于向主洞补风,降低主洞未补风段的设计风速.为了探究补风横通道设置位置对通风系统能耗的影响并制定合理的补风策略,依据《公路通风设计细则》(JTG/T D70/2-02-2014),采用通风计算的方法,对补风横通道不同设置位置情况下通风系统的总功率进行了计算.结果表明:1)补风横通道存在最优设置位置,可使通风系统能耗最低;2)第一区段补风节能效果明显优于第二区段;3)当工况车速超过 50 km/h时,建议只对第一区段左洞进行补风,关闭其余补风道.
Optimization and Air Supplement Study on the Position of the Ventilation Cross Passage in the No.1 Tunnel of Daliangshan
Daliangshan No.1 tunnel on the Leshan-Xichang Expressway is equipped with a through level guide and an inclined shaft.During operation,the level guide is used to supplement air to the main tunnel and reduce the design wind speed of the main tunnel.In order to explore the impact of the position of the supplementary air horizontal channel on the energy consumption of the ventilation system and make a reasonable supplementary air strategy,this paper adopts the ventilation calculation method based on the"Guidelines for Design of Ventilation of Highway Tunnels"(JTG/T D70/2-02-2014),to calculate the total power of the ventilation system under different positions of the supplementary air horizontal channel.The results show that:1)There is an optimal setting position to minimize the energy consumption of the ventilation system.2)The energy saving effect of air supply in the first section is significantly better than that in the second section.3)When the operating speed exceeds 50 km per hour,it is recommended to supplement air on the left line of the first section and close the remaining air supply channels.
