华蓥山隧道穿越急倾斜煤层采空区施工方案及应用效果

以华蓥山隧道穿越高顶山煤矿采空区为工程背景,研究了复杂采空区隧道施工的勘察技术和开挖支护方案,建立了隧道穿越急倾斜煤层采空区三维数值计算模型,分析了隧道结构的安全性,结合现场应用评价了隧道穿越急倾斜煤层采空区施工技术.研究表明:1)超前地质钻探能准确判断煤层采空区的空间位置、有害气体以及充填情况,可指导隧道开挖施工风险预测;2)在采取超前大管棚和帷幕注浆加固措施后,隧道穿越采空区施工过程中围岩整体较稳定,未出现掉块、坍塌等现象,施工顺利完成.
Construction Scheme and Application Effect of Huayingshan Tunnel Going Through Steep Inclined Coal Seam Goafs
Based on the real engineering of Huayingshan tunnel going through the coal seam goafs in Gaodingshan mine,survey technology and excavation support strategies of complex goafs are investigated.To analyze the safety of tunnel structures,a three-dimensional numerical analysis model is constructed when tunnels cross through steep inclined coal seam goafs.Combined with the application,construction technology of tunnels traversing steep inclined coal seam goafs is evaluated.The results show that:1)Advanced geological drilling technique can accurately determine the spatial location,harmful gases and fillings of coal seam goafs.Furthermore,it can provide guidance for the prediction of potential construction risks.2)After taking advanced large pipe shed and curtain grouting measures,the surrounding rock is comparatively stable during the tunnel construction phase and there are no occurrences of rock falling or collapse.Moreover,the construction was successfully completed.
