隧道群重点车辆安全预警管控系统及应用

为加强隧道群区段危化品及超温车辆运行监测和管控,采用智慧化、数字化手段,构建了基于数字孪生平台隧道群重点车辆安全预警管控系统,并在大娄山隧道群进行应用.结果表明:1)系统能实现对危化品、超温车辆的主动识别及安全预警,监测准确率达到 97%,系统预警响应时效小于 30 s;2)基于分级管控措施,该系统能自动拦截危化品车辆驶入率达到 46%,降低了隧道群安全隐患;3)系统通过数字孪生平台可实现对危化品车辆、超温车辆的主动监测和管控,极大提升了隧道运行安全和管理效率.
Application of Safety Warning and Control System for Key Vehicles in Tunnel Clusters
To enhance the monitoring and management of hazardous material vehicles and overheated vehicles in tunnel cluster sections,a safety warning and control system for key vehicles in tunnel clusters was constructed based on a digital twin platform,by intelligent and digital methods.This system has been applied in the Daloushan tunnel group.The results show that:1)The system can proactively identify hazardous material vehicles and overheated vehicles,providing safety warnings with a monitoring accuracy of 97%and a warning response time of less than 30 seconds.2)The system employs effective tiered management measures,achieving an automatic interception rate of 46%for hazardous material vehicles,thereby reducing safety hazards in tunnel clusters.3)Through the digital twin platform,the system enables proactive monitoring and management of hazardous material vehicles and overheated vehicles,significantly enhancing tunnel operation safety and management efficiency.
