Research on Rheological Properties of Regenerated Asphalt Based on Solubilizing Regenerants
To investigate the rheological properties of solubilized recycled asphalt, dynamic shear rheometer(DSR)and bending beam rheometer(BBR)were used to study the rheological properties of solubilized recycled asphalt. The law of its variation with the amount of solubilized recycled agent was analyzed, and the optimal amount of solubilized recycled agent was determined. The thermal performance of solubilized recycled asphalt was evaluated through thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The results show that as the temperature increases, the phase angle of recycled asphalt with different dosages of recycled asphalt gradually increases, the rutting factor continuously decreases, and the high-temperature deformation resistance also decreases. The addition of rejuvenator can effectively reduce the fatigue factor. With the increase of the regenerant content, the fatigue factor also decreases to the standard range, the thermal decomposition temperature of asphalt is lower and lower, the weight loss rate is higher and higher, and the thermal stability is constantly reduced. The thermal decomposition temperature and weight loss rate are comparable to the original asphalt, and the optimal content of solubilizing regenerant is determined to be 6%.
