设计极限状态对桥梁基桩轴向受压承载力特征值确定及其试验的影响研究

基于《公路桥涵地基与基础设计规范》(JTG 3363-2019)对桥梁基桩设计极限状态的规定,研究了如何根据设计极限状态确定基桩轴向受压承载力特征值和承载力试验最大加载值.首先分析了桥梁基桩轴向承载力特征值的计算值与设计极限状态的关系;其次根据基桩设计极限状态,将基桩轴向承载力特征值的计算值分为不同层级;再者结合基桩轴向受压承载力试验最大加载值与特征值之间需要满足的数量关系,提出在试验准备阶段按照基桩类型、试验目的确定基桩轴向承载力特征值的计算值层级的原则;最后完善了基桩轴向承载力特征值试验判定方法是否符合基桩设计要求的判定方法.实例应用表明,上述原则和方法可为独立试桩、工程桩试桩提供针对性指导.
Research on the Influence of Design Ultimate State on the Determination and Its Test of Characteristic Values of the Axial Compressive Bearing Capacity of Bridge Foundation Piles
Based on the requirements for the ultimate limit state of bridge foundation piles in Specifications for Design of Foundation of Highway Bridges and Culverts(JTG 3363-2019),the method to determine characteristic values of axial compressive bearing capacity and maximum loading value of bearing capacity tests of piles was studied.Firstly the relationship between the design limit state of piles and its calculated values of the axial bearing capacity characteristic values was analyzed.Secondly,according to the corresponding design limit state of piles,the calculated values of the axial bearing capacity characteristic values of piles were divided into several levels.Then,based on quantity relationship for the maximum loading value of the axial compressive bearing capacity test of a pile and its characteristic values,the principle of determining the characteristic values of the axial bearing capacity of the foundation pile in the preparation stage of the test was proposed according to the type of foundation pile and the purpose of the test.At last the method for determining the characteristic value from the data in testing of axial bearing capacity of foundation piles was improved.Besides,a method for evaluating the compliance of the axial compressive bearing capacity test results with the design requirements of foundation piles was also improved.The practical application shows that the above principles and methods can provide targeted guidance for bearing capacity testing of independent pile testing and engineering pile testing.
