Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Open Expressway Service Area Development
In order to implement the national strategy of transportation power,fully leverage the service window effect of service areas,promote the integrated development of road and local economy,this paper analyzes the current situation and engineering practice in the development of open expressway service areas in our country,combines the prominent problems and future development trends in the development process,and propose relevant countermeasures for the development of open expressway service areas in China from the perspectives of policy system,industry,construction,and operation.The results show that:the development of open expressway service areas in China is still in the initial exploration stage,the number of construction is relatively small,the construction standards are different,the degree of openness is not high,the linkage with the neighbouring areas and the economic driving effect is poor.It is necessary to coordinate in an all-round way in terms of the policy system,technical standards,scientific planning and professional operation.
