Research of Urban Portal Interchange Scheme and Landscape Effects
Taking the renovation design of certain urban portal interchange in eastern Guangdong as an example,this paper introduces the four typical interchange schemes gradually formed during the research process:simplified interchange scheme,complete interchange scheme,partial interchange centralized up and down scheme,and partial interchange separated up and down scheme,as well as the two landscape improvement strategies of"visible"and"hidden"proposed based on the spatial characteristics of the interchange.Through comprehensive comparison of functionality,landscape,coordination and economy,the optimal solution for coordinating transportation and landscape is obtained.This study indicates that the design of urban portal interchanges should not only achieve basic transportation functions,but also consider the integration of urban style and comprehensive development of land parcels,providing design ideas for similar engineering projects.
