Research Status and Application Prospect Analysis of Prefabricated Inverted Arch for Highway Tunnel
The inverted arch is a crucial substructure of a tunnel.Common defects such as insufficient depth and thickness of the inverted arch can affect the structural load-bearing safety and smooth traffic operation. This paper investigates various types of prefabricated inverted arch structures from different periods and regions both domestically and internationally, analyzes the development history and trends of prefabricated inverted arches, and summarizes the advantages, disadvantages, applicability, and application prospects of different types of prefabricated inverted arches in terms of preparation difficulty, construction difficulty, quality assurance, and functionality,in combination with survey and detailed simulation.Through detailed simulations,it is found that thickening the middle section and grouting the cushion blocks of the prefabricated inverted arch can significantly improve the stress state and enhance load-bearing performance.Based on engineering requirements, points for attention in the positioning and placement, backfill grouting, segment connection, and structural design of prefabricated inverted arch structures are proposed. The research results provide support for the selection and optimization design of prefabricated inverted arch structures in tunnels.
